use
HEDP solid is a high-purity product, suitable for winter in severe cold areas; especially suitable for cleaning agents and daily chemical additives in the electronics industry.
HEDP is widely used in power, chemical, metallurgy, fertilizer and other industrial circulating cooling water systems and medium and low pressure boilers, oil field water injection and oil pipelines for scale and corrosion inhibition; in the textile industry, it can be used as a cleaning agent for metals and non-metals. Peroxide stabilizer and fixing agent in bleaching and dyeing industry, complexing agent in non-cyanide electroplating industry, and carrier of radioactive elements in pharmaceutical industry.
Four, use method
HEDP is generally used as a scale inhibitor at a concentration of 1-10mg/L, as a corrosion inhibitor, generally used at a concentration of 10-50mg/L; as a cleaning agent, generally used at a concentration of 1000-2000mg/L; usually combined with polycarboxylic acid type scale inhibitor and dispersant use. When used in other industries, the dosage should be determined based on experiments.
packaging and storage
HEDP liquid is packed in plastic drums, 30Kg or 250Kg per drum; HEDP solids are packed in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene bags, each with a net weight of 25kg, which can also be determined according to user needs. Store in a cool and ventilated place indoors, moisture-proof, storage period is 12 months.
